2. General Terms

• Ganga Skip Rentals operates under the domain name gangaskiprentals.co.za.
• Services are offered on a pre-booking basis and are subject to availability.
• By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.

3. Booking and Pricing

• Pricing Structure:
  • Rubble Only: R1,200 for the initial drop-off, removal, and dumping fees (3 days). Additional days: R150 per day.
  • Garden Refuse Only: R1,200 for the initial drop-off, removal, and dumping fees (3 days). Additional days: R150 per day.
  • Mixed Waste (No Rubble): R1,400 for the initial drop-off, removal, and dumping fees (3 days). Additional days: R150 per day.
  • Mixed Waste With Rubble: R1,800 for the initial drop-off, removal, and dumping fees (3 days). Additional days: R150 per day.
• Quotes are provided for customized services. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• A confirmed booking requires full payment upfront unless otherwise agreed.

4. Use of Skips

• The following items are NOT permitted in the skips:
  • Glass
  • Tyres
  • Polystyrene
  • Hazardous or poisonous substances
  • Liquid waste, mud, or paint (unless hardened or empty)
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that skips are used only for permitted waste types as booked.

5. Skip Placement

• Skips will be placed as directed by the customer, provided it is safe and legal.
• Customers must ensure adequate space for skip delivery and removal.
• Any fines or penalties arising from incorrect skip placement will be borne by the customer.

6. Rental Period

• The rental period is 3 days for all packages unless otherwise agreed.
• Extensions are available at R150 per day, subject to availability.
• Late returns or unnotified extensions may incur additional charges.

7. Waste Disposal

• Ganga Skip Rentals ensures responsible and eco-friendly waste disposal, adhering to all legal and environmental regulations.
• Any fines or penalties arising from the inclusion of prohibited items will be charged to the customer.

8. Liability

• Ganga Skip Rentals is not liable for:
  • Damage to property caused during skip delivery or removal unless due to negligence on our part.
  • Injuries or accidents involving the skip while on the customer’s property.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of skips during the rental period.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the delivery may incur a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued once the skip has been delivered.
